Softwares.com.pk is a trusted technology publication based in Pakistan covering software reviews, SaaS tools, developer resources, AI applications, and cybersecurity. Our readers are developers, IT professionals, business owners, and everyday tech users looking for reliable, actionable information.
What We Accept
We publish well-researched, original articles on the following topics:
- Software Reviews & Comparisons – Honest breakdowns of desktop, mobile, or web software
- SaaS Tools & Platforms – Guides, tutorials, and comparisons of cloud-based tools
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning – Practical AI tools, use cases, and explainers
- Developer Tools & Resources – IDEs, version control, APIs, frameworks, productivity tools
- Cybersecurity – Tips, best practices, threat awareness, and security software
- Windows, macOS & Linux Software – How-tos, recommendations, and troubleshooting
- Mobile Apps – Android and iOS app reviews and guides
- Tech for Business – Software solutions for startups, SMEs, and enterprises
If your topic is closely related but not listed above, feel free to pitch it — we consider relevant submissions case by case.
What We Do Not Accept
To maintain quality and protect our readers, we do not publish:
- Promotional or advertorial content disguised as editorial articles
- AI-generated or spun content with no original insight
- Articles already published elsewhere (we check for duplicate content)
- Content containing excessive outbound links (more than 2 external links)
- Gambling, adult, pharmaceutical, cryptocurrency, or unrelated niche content
- Generic listicles with no depth or original research
- Articles with factual errors or unverified claims
⚠ We do not provide do-follow links to websites in the following niches, regardless of content quality:
- Website design & development companies
- Accounting & finance software providers
- Digital marketing agencies
- SEO companies & link building services
- Any business outside the software and technology niche
If your website falls into one of the above categories, your do-follow link request will be declined. You are still welcome to submit an article, but any links will be set to no-follow.
Content Guidelines
- Word Count
- Minimum 1,000 words. We prefer 1,500–2,500 words for in-depth guides and tutorials. Longer is fine if the content justifies it — do not pad.
- Originality
- Your article must be 100% original and must not be published or submitted anywhere else, including your own blog or Medium.
- Tone
- Write in a clear, helpful, and conversational tone. Avoid overly technical jargon unless your audience is developers. Explain terms when necessary.
- Structure
- Use proper headings (H2, H3), short paragraphs, and bullet points where appropriate. Include a clear introduction and conclusion.
- Images
- Include at least one featured image. All images must be royalty-free (Unsplash, Pexels, or your own) or properly licensed. Provide image credit where required.
- Accuracy
- All claims, statistics, and facts must be accurate and up to date. Cite credible sources where relevant.
Link Policy
We allow a maximum of 2 external links per article, subject to editorial review.
We reserve the right to remove, modify, or no-follow any links we consider low-quality, irrelevant, or against our editorial standards.
Editorial Standards
- Our editorial team reviews every submission. We may edit your article for grammar, clarity, formatting, and SEO without changing your core message.
- We do not guarantee publication. Submitting an article does not mean it will be published.
- We may ask you to revise your draft before it is accepted.
- Once published, the article becomes part of the Softwares.com.pk archive. We do not remove published articles except in cases of legal or factual issues.
- We do not accept requests to add links to already-published articles.
How to Submit
Before sending your article, you must include the following information with your submission. Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed.
- Target Keyword – The exact primary keyword your article is optimized for
- Search Volume – Monthly search volume for that keyword (from Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, or similar tool)
- Target Country – Which country or region this keyword targets (e.g. Pakistan, USA, UK, Global)
- Do-Follow Link Request – The exact URL you want a do-follow link to, and why it is relevant to the article. Note: do-follow links are subject to approval and niche restrictions apply (see above)
- Article Draft – A Google Doc link with commenting enabled, or a Word document attachment
- Author Bio – 50–80 words including your name, role, and one website link

What information do I need to send with my article?
You must include your target keyword, monthly search volume, target country, the URL you want linked, your article draft, and your author bio. Missing any of these will delay or disqualify your submission.
Can I include a do-follow link to my website?
Do-follow links are reviewed case by case. We do not provide do-follow links to website development, accounting software, digital marketing, or SEO company websites under any circumstances.
Can I republish the article on my own blog after publication?
No. We only publish original content. After publication, the article remains exclusively on Softwares.com.pk.
Do you accept articles in Urdu?
Currently we publish in English only. We may consider Urdu content in the future.
What happens if my article is rejected?
We will let you know by email. You are free to submit a different topic or revise based on our feedback.
